Vesna Klačar-Nedimović

Vesna Klačar-Nedimović is a contemporary visual artist who graduated in 2010 from Queensland College of Art, Griffith University, with a Bachelor of Fine Art majoring in Interdisciplinary Print Media, specialising in Art Theory and Contemporary Australian Indigenous Art.

She has received the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence (2008) and was recognised nationally as a finalist in the Port Jackson Press Australia Graduate Printmaking Award (2011) the Print Council of Australia Print Commission (2013), the Burnie Print Prize (2015) and the Rick Amor Print Prize (2015).

The innovative approach to digital printmaking by Vesna Klačar-Nedimović was recognised by IMPRINT magazine in 2013. Their spring edition featured an article focusing on the series fragments II: Belgrade and the artist’s career.
