Led by internationally experienced teacher Arfiany Soleman, Warna Indonesia Performa have a genuine mission is to preserve Indonesian traditional culture and dance to the next generation around the world and share it to the community.
Recent achievements include:
- 250 dancers aged 10-15 performing for Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Anniversary 2021
- 650 Soya Soya dancers (high school age) performing at the national Sail Morotai Festival 2012
- International performances for the Indonesian Presidential Palace
- Performances in Dubai, USA, Australia and Europe
Arfiany was born and raised on a remote tropical North Morotai island and grew up in the famous The Spice Island. A teacher, a motivator, an inspirator, adaptable, and responsible, dance school graduate and an artist by nature, Arfiany says, “I am a friend of all students around the world. I believe strongly that dancing can make people happy and combined with culture can strengthen societies to make the world a great place.”
