Kingston Butter Factory Launch

BEMAC is supporting Logan City Council and Logan diverse artists to celebrate Logan’s new cultural precinct.

The entertainment line-up includes a host of local legends, culture, and spectacle – many who are artists that have engaged deeply in BEMAC’s development projects. Reflecting the incredible diversity of Logan, we will be mixing it up with cultural and contemporary music, dance, visual and spoken word performances.

The fantastic line-up of Logan talent includes:

  • Aunty Robin Williams – Welcome to Country
  • Nunukul Yuggera Smoking Ceremony and Traditional Dance
  • Mabuyag Dancers- Traditional Torres Straight Island Dance Group
  • Logan Mayor Darren Power – Speech
  • MC – Lana Tukaroa with band introducing Chris Tamwoy and Tania Rose.
  • Headline: Chris Tamwoy with Tania Rose
  • Ethan Enoch – Spoken Word Artist – First Nations
  • Te Tai Mauri – Traditional Maori Kapahaka
  • Heilani Productions – Tahitian Hawaiian Luau Song & Dance
  • LUATE – South Sudanese contemporary Musician
  • Grace Edward – Spoken Word Artist South Sudanese
  • Cieavash Arean –Persian Musician
  • Imanzi Rwandan Cultural Group – African traditional drumming / dancing
