POLYNESIAN WEAVING WORKSHOP

Learn to make Polynesian costumes including, grass skirts, belts and hats, leis (paper & fabric) and poi balls with Rose Flood.
If you haven’t tried her workshops before, then this is an experience not to miss! You may already know Rose as a familiar face through the South Pacific Island Dance Group, she has been making costumes for this group for over 35 years. She has facilitated workshops at the QLD Art Gallery, Children’s Festival, Logan City Council, Senior Citizen’s and various schools.
Skill yourself in the art of Polynesian costume making there is no previous experience required.
