JNR making strides in the country music scene

Brisbane singer-songwriter and performer JNR was selected as the successful artist for BEMAC’s EMERGE: Record and Release Project earlier this year, and funded by RASN for the Logan region. JNR has since made tracks in the country music scene launching his debut single ‘Down Low’ in Brisbane recently, and already picked up by several radio programs.

Influenced by an upbringing in Outback Australia and regular visits to Nashville, Tennessee, JNR (Paul Seils JNR) began performing in 2016, and has since been honing his Southern Country Rock/Outlaw Country style.

From recording techniques, song writing, to building an online presence, BEMAC’s EMERGE Series has created new opportunities for an emerging musician like JNR to take his music to a broader audience.

With rich baritone vocals and authentic lyrics, JNR delivers heartfelt Country music – and has now gone on to launch his debut single ‘Down Low’, to be released with an official music video on Thursday 14 November 2019.

JNR’s journey has led him to collaborate on his new single with a range of respected Australian and International artists and producers across Brisbane and Nashville in the US, including award-winning Australian American Music Producer Michael Flanders.
