The Australian Multicultural Foundation are offering a Scholarship to the value of $10,000 to support a venture, project or activity that will help young women achieve their aspirations and goals.

The Australian Multicultural Foundation Carla Zampatti Scholarship for Young Women (the Scholarship) is a national initiative developed by the Australian Multicultural Foundation (AMF) to celebrate the legacy of renowned Australian fashion designer and champion for multiculturalism, Carla Zampatti.

The Scholarship supports young women from new and emerging culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to achieve their aspirations and goals in life where there may be barriers or disadvantages to achieving these goals.

Carla Zampatti was an internationally acclaimed Australian fashion designer and tastemaker, advocate for women and a champion for the power of multiculturalism and the contributions that diversity can make to Australia’s prosperity.

Beyond the success of her fashion brand, Carla was an inspiring board member of the AMF for 12 years and advocated for opportunities for young people from all cultural backgrounds to reach their goals in life. This mission inspired the creation of this Scholarship.
