Todd is a practicing performer, director, artistic director and voice over artist with extensive experience in strategic and artistic planning and delivery with a passion for inclusive and diverse community led practice.

Previous to this appointment he led the programming for the newly build Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct in Logan and prior to that was the Artistic Director and CEO of La Boite Theatre Company in Brisbane from 2015 to 2020.

Todd was the Artistic Associate at QT under Wesley Enoch for four years and worked as a freelance actor and director in Melbourne for 15 years. He founded and was co-Artistic Director of The Store Room Theatre in Melbourne and has worked across film, television and voice over. Todd has extensive experience working with funding bodies as a peer assessor, as a board member and is an alumnus of the Australia Council for the Arts Leadership Program and the Alliance for Leadership Learning Executive Leadership program.
